Cancellation of Contracts made in a Consumer’s Home or Place of Work etc Regulations 2008

Hurley -v- Maruki : A recent decision in which a CFA was rendered unenforceable due to the failure of a CFA signed away from the office to contain notice of right to cancel (redirects to article on Simon Gibbs excellent costs blog).
